Environmental Management

In recent years, DKC has built up a lot of expertise in the field of sustainable area development. Area development is a complex issue today, not least because of the multitude of rules, but especially because of the many stakeholders in such a process. We put ourselves in the position of both the client and the stakeholders, always keeping the ultimate goal of the client in mind. We stand for sustainable developments, not only in the area of the environment, but also in the social field.

For the various aspects that are part of area development, DKC has built up an extensive network of colleagues who are an inexhaustible source to make the right considerations in the planning process. This can vary from urban planners and market researchers to constructors.

In DKC's view, spatial development consists of a total package. We help you realize your plans: from the first initiative to the realization. For this we offer various services that are complementary to each other. We therefore not only take care of the changes to the zoning plan for your project, but also the necessary investigations, environmental permit and water permit.

Environmental permit

If we can arrange the zoning plan for you, that is of course also possible for the various parts of the environmental permit. It is a logical continuation of obtaining the destination. After all, you want to realize your plans. An environmental permit is a permit for building a structure and / or a permit for business activities that will cause potential nuisance to people and the environment (environmental permit). In most cases, the application for both the environment and the building section must be submitted simultaneously. Prior consultation with all parties involved is essential to arrive at a complete, admissible application that can be granted as quickly as possible.

Water permit

The Water Act sets requirements for activities in the water system. For many activities you can suffice by submitting a report and following general rules from the Water Board. There are also activities for which a notification is not sufficient, but a license must be applied for, such as direct discharge of waste water into surface water or groundwater extraction. DKC arranges a water permit expertly and quickly.

Advice issues arise with various developments but also with permit procedures. This can vary from a complete EIA trajectory with associated investigations in the context of spatial development to a soil investigation in the event of a takeover. DKC provides guidance to and manages advisers in various procedures. This method allows us to best represent your interests as a customer; a professional view of the request for advice and a critical view of the results of the research.
